Side note, Funk, there is absolutely no damned way that body can be under 60-65 kg. I'm approx that height and 60, and I still look like a skeleton with skin spread over it. Also one pixel panty flash, nice work.

Lol, I was going for generic (was building on Cor. of. Champs concept, where player starts bland and becomes more fetishized over time) but I agree there is not much flavor to it right now.

Without a couple chains going it's going to be difficult to jump on. You might want to consider having a few running (2-3, something manageable), and make sure players know what chain they're playing in by checking on the page when they get something. Another thing to consider is due to the text limitations on describing a doodle you may want players to say "Refer to comment section", and explain themsevles there. i.e. Step 6: You see X and Y, with exits to your north, south, etc. That way you can get more detail in.

That's the reason I pitched time travel, although I actually meat Time and Space travel(guess what show I've been watching lately). It's probably a good idea to have a setting that can change unless we are going to run more than one setting at the same time.

I'm probably more Fond of Afina as an MC, but really I'm fine with anything since who knows what the MC is gonna look like a few Chains on. Also Maybe instead of reverting to the start of the Chain when the MC dies/gets a Bad End we could just use the opportunity to start with a new MC and open up the possibility of Encountering past MC's as monsters or something.

I'm with funk. I think that if participants in a chain want to deviate from the described universe a little it's fine. Slight things though. For example, if a fantasy world were chosen their wouldn't be a portal that warps a character to a sci-fi universe. It could warp them to another fantasy type area. Sky pirates could even exist so long as their not armed with laser rifles. I'm still not 100% sure how this game is going to be played. When an actually adventure chain starts, how will the players know the universe and back story?

To be honest it's probably best not to worry too much about lore and backstory and just go with the flow with something like this, with 18+ writers with little to no co-ordination any story in here is gonna end up with more retcons than a the marvel universe.

I know my first suggestion was a little too generic, but I think only slightly less generic than what I suggested is the way to go. The character shouldn't have a complex backstory or personality, as adventure game characters tend to be blank slates upon which the player can impose their own identity. The setting should be more of a guidline than an elaborately crafted world.

The "home page" of the site would display the results of the game in a long chain, while each community would work diligently in their own room. The good thing with DoD is the fact that it's queued so theres less moderation on our part required to avoid having two people working one the same step at once, having the commands done somewhere else though could be good though and the final agreed suggestion is posted as the description.

I think Applewhite's got the right idea for a site that this could be played on. I'm pretty sure we could set something up like that with Wordpress, although getting players might be an obstacle since it won't be exposed to to an already established community (i.e. the community here).

Guys are we going to be ready to start a story anytime soon? Is it absolutey necessary that we have 18 + players before we start, considering there can be 3 stories going at once? Also are we going to decide the first character by who has the most likes or are we going to have an official straw vote or something? I think we should at least do a practice story of some sort so we can see how the game works out, but that's just my opinion.

The original reason the room was made went nowhere and it was pretty much dead, so it got repurposed.
