  Old moose is correct. "Uguu" is a sound uttered by kawaiis when trying to max out their cuteness. It is commonly used sarcastically or with a bit of self-deprecation. In this case I used the term to highlight the character's cutesy stance and expression as well as the cute drawing style. (It can also have a bit of a sexy connotation since the phrase originates from an ero vn, so Old Moose made a good artistic choice here.)
