Aw, that's really nice. I guess I'll stick around as long as you guys are ok with it

?? of course its ok to stick aroumnd. you put effort into your drawings (clearly moreso than i do some of the time) and you are just as much a part of the dwindling community here. every person is important, regardless of content created. in some ways, people like aciddubstep are important too

i have doubts about my art too. i hate 99% of what i draw, and it makes me incredibly nauseous on a frequent basis. as long as you are noticing mistakes in your own drawings, you are improving (and improvement is good, yeah?). but to other people, they do not see any mistake the same way you do. what the will see is good art

Churu, you are the sweetest darned thing. And I agree with you, that people like Acid are important. Heck, they've been here longer than me despite continuous protests from a lot of people. That's got to count for something, right?

Plus, your stuff is awesome! The snake bois obviously took a TON of time and effort, and a few of them, mainly the BUCKET one, the scout being a brat one, and the poison ivy one had me laughing for ages. (I usually get nauseous too but bc I'm laughing so hard.)

Thanks for understanding that I do try, even though I can't really draw. My drawings usually take a few days because I spend an hour or so on them, and then get distracted just aimlessly wandering through the glory days of this room.

I hate to sound like the little squeaky suck-up I am, but you guys are all actually amazing, and this game never fails to brighten my day. Even though people come and go all the time, they leave behind a legacy that can never be destroyed (mostly because you can't delete your old drawings, I was horrified when I found out)

your drawings are wild dude like you fill in every part of the outline. i can't do that. i dont have the willpower to do that for every one of them. quantity > quality is more fun in my book, especially when a lot of the prompts arent very fun. that makes your account all the more impressive. trying is at least 50% of the battle if not more

i dunno how you spend more than an hour on these for 2 reasons: 1: because holy hell thats a lot of time and effort. 2: because one time i switched tabs for 30 seconds to look at a reference and came back and DOD took my prompt away from me. im afraid to look at references now. i spent 10+ mins drawing that. dod, stop being a dik. and nother time i went to the bathroom & dod said "sorry! we gave someone else the prompt while you were gone!" what! that's absurd. i was drawing that.

i think every one of us takes a slice of the amazing cake (even if none of us feel like we deserve a piece). i love getting dod notifications & its one of the sites i check regularly for new stuff, even if i cant draw much at the moment. and oh man yeah i was horrified as well when i found out that you can't delete drawings. it's a good thing for me, because i might just delete everything in my history. but my legacy will permanently be there for better or for worse.

AHH TOO MANY WORDS! But yeah mostly the motivation behind me spending a lot of time is thinking how I could improve the chain. I had this game on a different account a few years back, but when I looked at my old stuff I cringed so hard. (Seriously it was worse Acid. Like, significantly worse.)

But I'm glad you notice I fill in all the lines, it means my hours of concentration and my sisters yelling at me to go to bed are not wasted. I agree, everyone here is amazing. I dunno how old everyone is, but I generally just assume you're all older than me, whether that's true or not.

I'm pretty skittish, and I always kick myself off a server if someone even calls a vote kick because I don't want to inconvenience anyone. The fact that all of you let me stick around means so much, you can't even imagine.

Tip for Churupappa: I used to lose prompts a lot too, until I split the screen to have one browser instance open for drawing and another open for googling references. Maybe that can help you too?

Oh, btw, this is unrelated, but how do you pronounce your name Churu? I always say it to the tune of Små Grodorna, but I've never been sure...

hey, that's not a bad way to say it! i like the way youve been sayin it, pretty close to the way its intended to be said. so about 4-5 years ago i had a friend who was making red riding hood themed dangan ronpa stuff, and she linked me a song that related to the stuff she was doing. the idea of my name comes from the song she linked me - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qLE17Rg6A58 (la dee dee da la dee dee da ... churupapa) if you wanna skip straight to the point where she says it, start at 1:15. as soon as i heard it my brain went "Hey, you know what? That would make for a GOOD NAME." and ive gotten a few chances to use it. just as good as i expected it to be. that's pretty much my process for name picking - on a whim

sorry for the long response lol. and you know what? the lyrics could also possibly NOT be Churupapa - it also kinda sounds like "tsurupapa", but i think churupappa sounds better (is also easier to pronounce for most people). i also liked the idea of using "churu" as a nickname for "churupappa" an you nailed that 10/10
