Doodle newbie. Using my daily day to train elders use our Berg trampolines and get more exercise in their daily lives. I believe that a Berg trampolin is the ultimate tool when it comes to senior training, both because it's very effective, and also because the chances of injuries are very low compared to many other types of senior training and sports.
