A naturalization certificate isn't a valid travel document. If you don't have a passport, or it's about to expire, make sure that you apply or renew whenever possible! If you should know why an ESTA application was denied or you've got specific questions regarding your ESTA program, you have to submit a request with the DHS Traveler Redress Inquiry Program.
