You just need to set the colour of the line to "rgba(204,0,204,0.118)" or sth instead of "#abcdef" when you submit the doodle. The dod backend doesn't validate the color field so you can use any color format that js supports. You could also set the color value to any random string but that would only show up as black or white afaik.
I appreciate the free knowledge and careful actual answer to my question which I'd never expect any answer to and now realize you are responsible for at least part of people such as mynameispoop909's broadcasted insanity and for the refined mastery of MikaTheMario, and if I ever feel like it I'll check your software out, but it's been too long since I've coded and so I can't understand the lingo
