#1 If the layers mean my client, it is possible to avoid this problem by undoing the lineart lines and pressing alt+G, it splits the undone lines into a new layer. If you're afraid of losing the work, ctrl+c duplicates the layer so you'll have a backup. (There was also an update to dod site so only the newest bleeding edge version works atm.) It's a shame how it's usually not possible in normal drawing programs because it's a really useful feature... [end of self advertisement]
