It's not Dungeon Crawler, it's ASCII, commonly used for roguelikes. Almost all roguelikes are dungeon crawlers, but not all dungeon crawlers are roguelikes; see Might&Magic/Legend of Grimrock/Ultima/Wizardry/etc.
