For the mouse your lines for your hair is jagged and not very straight like your tablet. This is also very noticeable for the edges. Could be from lag or limitations from the mouse.

Yeah drawing with tablet is pretty wonky at first, but after a while you'll wonder how you even drew with a mouse before.
