I see Hebrew on the bottom left, Cyrillic on the bottom right, probably Greek on the left, maybe Sanskrit in the upper right, and the rest are outside my bailiwick. I'm not sure what a bailiwick is without using wiki, but I hope it makes sense in this context.

it was supposed to be a resh, I don't actually know Hebrew; the font I was using as a reference has a short serif at the end of resh and a quite long upbar at the end of lamed

middle-bottom is similar to mokshan, but rotated. Definitely not cuneiform. I can't find a match on wikipedia. I was wrong abot bottom-right (it isn't protosemitic) and I can't find it either.
