Tested this again, the Resources tab is now named Applications, and the doodle in localstorage is saved until you see a blank canvas in the same room. if you still have the doodle open in another window, e.g. if using freeAccount and someone else draws your prompt and when submitting you get an error prompting you to reload the page claiming no work will be lost (DO NOT RELOAD THE PAGE, YOU COULD LOSE EVERYTHING, also do not close the prompt because it might reload the page anyways), (if you opened a new chain in another tab without closing the page with the doodle, adding one stroke to the old doodle will save itself into the localstorage again) if the next step you get is description, you should be fine as long as you don't reload anymore. if you can find the value in F12 - Applications - LocalStorage - doodleordie with key = backup.xxxxxxxx (where xxxxxxxx is the room id, gJzy1S_3_ for chain breaking 2), it can be copied, saved as txt file, edited as per the guide (replacing the first ~10 characters before the first \r with the same part from the save of the new chain) and reloaded back into the localstorage, after which reloading the new page should have the old doodle. Provided that the save in the localstorage was not replaced by the new save or that it was restored by having it still open in a tab and adding a stroke.

Hey, Qazhax, do you have any experience in password retrieval/recovery?? I forgot my DoD password and I really don't want to have to make a new account 😬 Thanks for your time ^.^

idk about password recovery (mailing dod support might be better for that, if they notice the mail), but the cookie named "cid" will let you log in without the password. My client has a guide attached for finding the cookie, if you don't know how find it. To "log in" using the cookie, you'd need to copy it, create a new cookie named "cid", paste in the cookie and change expiration date to a few years in the future. The cookie can also be used to log in with my client. I'd recommend saving it to a secure location, such as a password manager, to avoid losing it.

Holy beans, thank you! I have no idea if I'm smart enough to do any of that, but I'll sure as heck try it! Thanks so much for the speedy reply, you're a true hero
