The angle of my body and hand is very, uh, unergonomic (like a slumped orangutan) when drawing with my crappy tablet, so I used to get a lot of muscle strain and skin chafe on my wrist after doing long-term repetitive motions, especially when coloring\shading. It's not good for precision, but I've been putting on a cheap volleyball wrist brace on for weeks when putting on the workhorse mode and it has gotten completely rid of those kind of negative symptoms. So yeah, don't forget the importance of ergonomics, fellow doodlers.
