Probably one of my favourite games of all time. It's quite hard to describe the whole gameplay experience since VR/flatscreen are so different, but in short, if you would strip away all the unique world interactivity features that VR brings and play it with flatscreen mod etc. it would be more Half-Life 2 with simpler/streamlined features (AI that is designed for VR combat being the main limitation) and better graphics. The game would be alright on its own, if a bit too easy, but the VR interactivity with physics, animations and haptic feedback makes it absolutely an unique and intense experience. It's probably the most immersive and "being there" game I've ever played, so I'd say it is very good experience overall.
