@step 12: The HTTPS protocol is used for safety, yes, and this is mostly used by internet payments and websites that store a lot of info. But it is super-overkill on a website that doesn't store much of the user's details in the first place, like Doodle or Die: the worst that would happen is your email being found out and you getting spam mail, IF YOU EVEN PUT YOUR EMAIL ON YOUR PROFILE DETAILS IN THE FIRST PLACE. The page had its certificate expired: this doesn't mean it isn't safe, it's just a warning that the page wasn't checked for some time for safety. This happened to me too, you can keep refreshing to go to the normal HTTP link instead, that will work. Overall, don't worry about it. Even more so, the rest of the website isn't HTTPS anyway, just the login, you could've gotten a million viruses already just by playing around on the website anyway. But did you get any?

I found a better way to fix the problem. Just remove the HTTPS:// from the URL link and press enter. You'll go to the normal HTTP page and be able to log in.
