I'm always intrigued by the geneticpaint works; there's obviously a plugin being used (the palette is expanded) but how much is him picking circles and how much is the program?

I have half a mind to get some kind of plugin that expands the palette, but I think the real challenge of DoD is to work with the limited palette and no layers. It's kind of like when you learn to drive on a really old stick shift car that only starts if 10 people push it whilst praying. It prepares you to drive any kind of car :P
