Anyone know how to mitigate the lagginess of DoD's drawing applet? I'm not sure if it's my bandwidth, my PC, or something on the server end, but too often I'll be trying to just draw some small detail like those little scraps of cloth, and it'll take a second for it to appear, while my cursor does nothing.

I think it has to do with the fact that it is fully java based. Which browser do you use? I use firefox and notice the same...since firefox disables java this may be an issue.

I use chromium and have not noticed any issues like that.

I've had this problem for awhile, but I think It's fixed now thanks to mooseyhat! Gotta have java installed/enabled if using firefox and if you're using a tablet make sure to update the drivers. Additionally, if you're using a tablet you can disable pen flicks under tablet settings/preferences. Thanks a million moosey!

There's also a bunch of variables involved, just cause there are 100 members doesn't mean they are all actually playing in this room. Also if someone has started on a doodle I think it takes like 2 days before it times out and passes it on to someone else.
