Yeah, misconceptions are what make it so much fun. If we all understood everything perfectly it wouldn't be nearly as entertaining.

I was guessing if any of you guys have tried Mezcal con gusano (con gusano = with worm). Mezcal is more or less like tequila, but clearer and stronger. I an a big mezcal fan, but I have never tried the worm; some say that you can get REALLY drunk if you do. No hallucinating there, is only that alcohol concentrates in the worm. It is dead before they put it inside the bottle. BTW, They prepare salt and pequin pepper with grounded worms for you to suck before the shot O.o

I don't know about the taste, but the texture is hard jelly-like. Like a gummy bear with tiny legs. HAHAHAAA!!!
