Seiko Shinohara. She's a character from a horror game called "Corpse Party". She was the cutest and most likely character, but she's also the first one to die. Right at the first chapter, she goes crazy and hangs herself inside one of the toilet stands from the bathroom. If you ever play the game, you better start worrying when she begins to talk about lubricating her butt.
