Oh. So that's what that was. I was seriously confused on why there would be pumpkins in a tree like that. Never thought of the tree being a table or the pumpkins and marshmallows being tea implements. Oh well.

Tip to UberMedic: For the steam punk look, add unnecessary gears in random places, like as a pin on the shirt, on the shoulders, on the hem of the shirt, etc. You could have also had medic wearing the Plague Doctor mask he has in-game (I'm not sure of the name)
