You just don't know how many of these "Draw your OC, pass it on" things I've already seen. I know this is the OC room, but I thought the people in it were a little bit more creative than this.

From history, and to be more precise, from vampire stories: back in time, from roughly 1500, you can find lots of science facts that sxplain why people created these legendary creatures. In 1495, for example, a syphilis outbreak started in Italy. Since syphilis brings some of your peripheral body parts to fall as rotten pieces of flesh, lots of people looked like walking deads, enhancing the fear of the tipical and horrible undead invasion. To sum up: it looked like a fangless vampire, so i assumed from his pale skin that he suffered something like haemophylia, even if a simple heliophobia would be plausible, thinking again. EDIT: to be honest, even anemia works too, if you want something to canonize.
