Sort of. Chain Breaking Apocalypse was suppose to be science fiction (like most post-apocalyptic stories) but then some people had the bright idea of using magical characters so I had to make an excuse for them and explain that they are psionic or psychic in other words. You know? Those people with telekinesis, pyrokinesis, telepathy, clairvoyance, the force, etc. All of those lovely kind-of-magic things. That way it's still science fiction while still letting them use their powers here. That or nanomachines, son.
