The Curacao Immigration and Locator Card are referred to as the Dutch Card. This is a nine-digit ID card that has personal information of an immigrant that s come from the Netherlands. This card is not required to be renewed like other national ID cards. Instead, it can be activated by visiting the nearest Dutch consulate or even at the immigration office in your own country.
