Hello! With my husband and boy, we frequently go outdoors, we all enjoy camping in Canada. On weekdays, I devote my time to fitness. I come to the gym first as my working day begins at 8 am. I get up at 5, if necessary for coaching, on other days - at 5:30. I train three times per week. I work out for about a year, I don't set any goals. I only need a minimal improvement in look. Thought recently about health and the future, started to eat properly, and the sport pulled somehow alone.
