Hello! I purposely devote my free time into the gym and I love sports. The charge from motivational sports videos and articles will be enough for a few days. I can get it done for a week. And each time after that, I must have a grip on myself and do things I don't really need to do. And there's absolutely no demand for self-discipline instruction if there's no"want", but just"need" and"really need". I wake up at 5:30, at 7:00 already in the gym, I arrive at the office by 10:30.
