The Township of Caboolture is located 43 km north of Brisbane. The name Caboolture is drawn from the name of the bay where the Caboolture River moves. Caboolture became the initial suburb in 1842. During that time, the land around the Moreton Bay chastening nest was opened to end up being a house for free inhabitants. The location around the Caboolture river is called Kabul-tour by Aboriginal Brisbane.
