Hey, @SlumberPrince. I totally understand that feeling, it comes very frequently to me but it's a lot better to work on making your life better so you feel like you don't have to die. And trust me, it is not in any way easy but once you get the hard work done, and you can manage yourself, it's a lot easier to find reason to stay alive. Take everything day by day, try not to worry too much about the future or past, just the present. If you start to feel anxiety, take deep breaths and narrate your physical actions, it helps me stop over thinking. You deserve happiness, it's going to be okay one day.
